  • Eric Wesselman (1968) is partner at KPMG. Since 1995 Eric has been focusing on outsourcing, helping many organizations in achieving the benefits from their sourcing deals. He was chairman to Platform Outsourcing Nederland from 2011 to 2013, a community that stimulates knowledge development and sharing on outsourcing. He has witnessed how Outsourcing 1.0 (megadeals) transformed into Outsourcing 2.0 (selective sourcing and smaller deals). Since 2012 he shifted his focus towards the Oil & Gas sector. Adjacent to this new focus he started to investigate the potential of robotics for organizations. One of his believes is that robotics will shape Outsourcing 3.0 in the next few years. As he acquired social humanoids in 2014 he became of member of UKNAO, an developer group that organizes international social robotics hackathons several times a year. In 2015 in Amsterdam he cofounded Robopop, an institute that stimulates the development of social robotics. He currently leads KPMG’s EMA robotics advisory. He is a regular keynote on Robotics..
